The Animal Rescue & Outreach Organization (AROO) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization developed to provide financial and programmatic support to the St. Mary's County Animal Adoption & Resource Center & its animals. We have covered medical bills for injured & sick animals, supported animal enrichment projects, and are actively working on shelter enhancements.
